Start a timer for 1 minute!
Unplug yourself from as many distractions as you can. Give your overstimulated-overactive-overworked-and-underpaid brain 60 seconds. Look out a window at something green… touch it if you can and breathe it in. Or close your eyes and think of something beautiful in nature.
