This is one of the easiest recipes for collagen support - it takes all of 5 minutes to make! You can easily jazz it up or get creative with it but here are the basic steps: 1. Heat 1 cup of homemade juice or other on stovetop, removing just before it boils. 2. Add 2 TBSP bovine grass fed gelatin and whisk immediately. 3. Pour into silicone molds or muffin tins or any glass container. 4. Place in refrigerator until solidified. 5. Enjoy!
